Handle billing and payment processing We are looking for a Receptionist in Vélez\-Málaga. Main responsibilities will include managing customer check-in and check-out, as well as efficiently handling reservations received by telephone, email, and through online platforms. Providing excellent customer service and resolving any incidents that may arise during guests' stays will be essential. You will also be responsible for billing for services rendered and for the payment collection process. Additionally, the ability to present and offer complementary products to customers will be valued. A permanent discontinuous full-time employment contract is offered, with working hours from 13:00 to 21:00\. The proposed monthly salary is 1\.350 euros.
