Perform and assist in cleaning, preparing, and conditioning indoor and outdoor flowers and plants, including watering them. Identify and use tools, materials, and equipment commonly employed in a florist shop. Handle loading and unloading of store materials and goods; assist with deliveries if required. Serve customers, taking orders either in person, by telephone, or electronically; participate in designing and setting up shop windows, display areas, and catalogs. Enter information into the company’s management systems. Assist the supervisor with auxiliary tasks. Collaborate and share responsibility for fostering a positive, cooperative team environment.
