




**Description:** ---------------- We are looking to hire an ELK Stack Administrator with solid experience in managing observability and log analytics infrastructures in Cloud environments. The selected candidate will be responsible for the administration, evolution, and optimization of the ELK platform, ensuring data availability, quality, and integrity. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Administration and maintenance of ElasticSearch. * Configuration, administration, and monitoring of ElasticSearch clusters. * Cluster security management: users, roles, TLS, etc. * Performing upgrades, backups, and restores. * Building dashboards, reports, and alerts based on stored data. * Configuring data pipelines for ingestion and integration from multiple sources. * Collaborating with business and technical teams to identify needs and create useful visualizations. * Ensuring data quality (formatting, normalization, enrichment). * Documenting procedures, architectures, and data flows. * Providing technical support and resolving incidents on the platform. ***What We Offer:*** * Join a growing company with a dynamic and professional environment. * Access to top-tier technology projects. * Work mode: 100% remote work, with occasional attendance at meetings in Madrid. * Positive working atmosphere, collaborative team, and results-oriented culture. * Competitive salary conditions based on your profile and experience. **Requirements:** --------------- ***Technical Knowledge and Experience*** * Experience implementing, administering, and optimizing ELK (ElasticSearch, Logstash, and Kibana). * Ability to design, maintain, and evolve an observability and log analytics infrastructure. ***Mandatory Training*** * Minimum 50 hours in Cloud Systems Administration, Operations, and Monitoring courses (hybrid or multi-cloud). * Minimum 25 hours in Cloud Project Management courses (hybrid or multi-cloud). * 20 hours of specific ELK training. * Minimum 24 hours in DevOps and/or Agile (Scrum) methodologies. ***Required Qualifications*** * **Option 1: University Degree** * Pre-Bologna: Diploma or Technical Engineering (or equivalents) in engineering, computer science, or sciences. * Post-Bologna: Bachelor’s Degree Level 2 MECES / Level 6 EQF or equivalents in engineering, computer science, or sciences. * **Option 2: Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior)** * Higher Technician in Computer Systems Administration (Higher Vocational Training in Information and Communications Technologies) or equivalents (Level 1 MECES / Level 5 EQF). * In this case, an additional 24 months of experience beyond the minimum requirements must be demonstrated. ***Professional Experience*** * Minimum 4 years in Cloud systems administration, operations, and monitoring (hybrid or multi-cloud). * Minimum 1 year in deployment, configuration, integration, and operation of ELK-based solutions. * Minimum 1 year applying DevOps and/or Agile (Scrum) methodologies. **If you believe you’re a good fit, don’t hesitate—apply now!
