Position Summary: We are seeking a Services Supervisor to identify support needs, promote social and employment integration, and develop training programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Worker capacity detection and assessment 2. Promotion of social and employment integration and stability 3. Development of training programs and individualized support A Services Supervisor position is offered in Granada. Main responsibilities include identifying each worker's support needs through capacity assessment and job analysis; establishing relationships with the worker's family and social environment to foster integration and stability; developing job-specific and technology-updated training programs; and providing individualized support to enhance autonomy and independence. The role also involves supervising work centers (planning and organization), managing absenteeism, maintaining client relations, and supporting the onboarding of new workers. Minimum required experience: 1–3 years as a team leader or supervisor. The contract is temporary employment, estimated duration of 360 days, full-time, working hours from 08:00 to 16:00, with salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
