**Industrial Electromechanic Specialist in Automation****POSITION PURPOSE**Location: Nestle Waters - Mineral Water Bottling Plant
Working Hours: Full-time; to ensure uninterrupted operation of the facility, this position involves rotating shifts (night, morning, afternoon, and central shift), including weekends and holidays. Indefinite-term contract.**POSITION DESCRIPTION**
We are seeking an **Industrial Electromechanic** to join our Maintenance team, with a strong focus on industrial automation, continuous improvement, and digitalization of production processes. The selected candidate will actively participate in the maintenance, optimization, and development of the plant’s control and automation systems, ensuring maximum availability and efficiency of the facilities.**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY**The main responsibilities of this position relate to maintaining the production center’s facilities as well as commissioning new installations, with a specialized profile in **Control and Automation Systems:**
+ Diagnosis and resolution of electrical, electronic, and electromechanical failures.
+ Programming, modification, and optimization of PLCs and automation systems.
+ Management and improvement of automatic regulation and process control loops.
+ Calibration, adjustment, and verification of analog sensors, instrumentation, and electropneumatic actuators.
+ Updating, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SCADA and HMI systems.
+ Participation in automation, digitalization, and Industry 4.0 projects.
+ Incident analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
+ Collaboration with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve equipment performance.
+ Preparation and updating of technical documentation and maintenance procedures.
**DOES YOUR PROFILE FIT?****Required Technical Knowledge**Higher Vocational Training Degree in Automation, Robotics, Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics, or similar.
1–2 years’ experience in industrial environments.
Experience in advanced PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, or similar).
Knowledge of:
+ Automatic regulation and process control.
+ Frequency inverters and servo motors.
+ Industrial networks (Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, Modbus).
+ Industrial instrumentation.
Experience in calibration and verification of analog sensors and electropneumatic actuators.
Experience in maintenance and updating of SCADA systems.**Desirable**
Experience with MES systems and Industry 4.0 tools.
Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity.
