The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience operating cybersecurity tools related to the following areas: * Data loss prevention * Email analysis * Antivirus * Internet protection * Vulnerability analysis and remediation Key Responsibilities: * Security tool administration: + Configure, maintain, and update security solutions such as antivirus systems, EDR, anti\-Spam, SIEM platforms, DLP, etc. + Ensure proper integration of these tools with the rest of the technology infrastructure. * Policy and rule management + Implement and adjust security policies in tools according to the company’s cybersecurity policies and procedures. + Create and maintain filtering rules, whitelists/blacklists, and access control configurations. * Exception management + Evaluate and apply requests for exceptions to security policies, ensuring a balance between functionality and protection. + Document and justify each exception in accordance with established procedures. * Monitoring and maintenance + Monitor the operational status of security tools to ensure their availability and performance. + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Automation and continuous improvement + Participate in automating repetitive tasks using scripts or orchestration tools. + Propose improvements in tool configuration and usage to optimize effectiveness. * Collaboration and support + Work in coordination with other technical teams (networks, systems, development) to implement security controls. + Provide second-level technical support related to security tools. * Documentation + Maintain up-to-date technical documentation covering configurations, procedures, and implemented changes. * Stay current on industry trends and technologies. - English: B2
