**Logistics Efficiency \& Planning Manager** Nestle Waters Factory \- Herrera del Duque (Badajoz), Full-time, Flexible Hours, Permanent Contract **Main Purpose of the Position** Leverage supply chain transformation to achieve organizational objectives and create long-term value. Ensure material availability for planned production at the plant within established coverage parameters. Ensure proper management and efficiency of warehouses in terms of Occupational Safety, Food Safety, Quality, and Environment. **Key Functions and Responsibilities** **Continuous Improvement:** Manage the implementation of continuous improvement tools focused on the Lean Supply Chain system. Create KPIs, monitor, and control performance. Ensure process control and promote continuous improvement in logistics processes at the Herrera del Duque factory. Drive operational excellence through root cause analysis, improving process stability and team efficiency. Define Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process parameters. Communicate and train colleagues during the introduction of new processes and production equipment, as well as configure corresponding process documentation. Lead improvement and digitalization projects, guiding and training the rest of the Logistics team. **Planner:** Receive inputs from the business and supply functions to provide visibility into factory capacity, perform capacity calculations, project planning, etc. Represent Logistics in various local Logistics planning-related committees to maximize direct line-to-dock loading (line Loading). Sequence manufacturing volumes ensuring: that the production schedule is feasible regarding line availability, raw materials, and other activities. Track finished product (PT) releases in coordination with Quality. **Raw Materials:** Supervise material requests aligned with central directives; issue material requests managed locally via Factory MRP. Review supply risks daily and manage, organize, and track material quality claims and blocked material controls; additionally, analyze and manage materials nearing expiry or already expired. **Logistics Team & Leadership:** Collaborate with the SUPPLY department to guide the team toward results, particularly by enabling Logistics and its team with digital tools to execute planned tasks in the most agile and straightforward manner possible. Provide tools as a support function for the Logistics administrative team in customer service activities and processes. Coordinate with the team for coverage and support during vacation periods. **What Profile Do You Need?** Master’s degree in Logistics or similar; University degree in Engineering or related technical field. Various specializations will be considered based on relevant experience. Advanced digital proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Apps, Forms, Power BI). Interest in emerging technologies and digitalization applied to Logistics. 1–2 years of experience in logistics and executing improvement projects. English level B1 or higher.
