We are seeking a professional to oversee planning and logistics at an industrial plant, playing a key role in the transformation of the supply chain. Their work will focus on improving efficiency, driving digitalization, and achieving operational excellence—leading improvement projects and analyzing processes within a dynamic environment.
The primary mission will be to optimize logistics and planning processes, ensuring material availability, efficient warehouse operations, and achievement of production targets—all while adhering to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Key responsibilities include continuous improvement using Lean Supply Chain tools, designing and monitoring logistics KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities, defining procedures, and leading digitalization projects. They will also analyze productive capacity, develop feasible production plans, supervise raw material procurement, and manage material requirements using the MRP system.

Master’s degree in Logistics or related field, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 1–2 years of experience in industrial logistics and participation in continuous improvement projects. Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Forms. Experience with Lean tools and MRP systems is desirable. English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
