Operation of power generation plants. Boiler Operator certification (desirable requirement) Knowledge of chemical analysis and control of water\-steam cycle parameters. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, maintenance management software (Maximo preferred). Development and application of operation and maintenance procedures. More than three years of experience in maintenance of power generation plants, preferably in solar thermal plants. **Other Requirements:** * Availability to work in shifts. * Accustomed to teamwork, methodical and disciplined, in an environment focused on safety, environmental respect, and continuous improvement of production processes. * Desirable: Residence near the facilities. #### **Competencies** * Communication * Teamwork * Problem Solving and Decision Making * Results Orientation * Planning, Organization, and Continuous Improvement #### **Responsibilities** Reporting to the Production Leader, you will be responsible for the following functions: * Carry out the operation and maintenance of solar thermal plants according to existing procedures, documentation, and HSSE standards. * Conduct Safety Observations of ongoing tasks, identify Unsafe Conditions, propose mitigation improvements, report accidents/incidents, and actively participate in investigations and implementation of corrective measures. * Ensure compliance with environmental requirements, properly managing generated waste. * Perform plant inspection rounds to resolve incidents or manage existing work orders through the CMMS system (Maximo). * Act as a member of the Emergency Response Team and preventive resource team as required. * Actively participate in continuous process improvement, taking responsibility for assigned equipment and/or components. * Participate in training programs related to Safety and Health, Prevention, Environment, Technical Training, and Corporate Training. * Faithfully comply with policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System related to Prevention, Occupational Health and Safety, environmental management, and corporate policies. #### **Conditions** Start Date: Immediate Contract Type: Indefinite Working Hours: Full-time #### **Why Us?** * Solclef Renewable Company is one of the leading renewable energy groups in the Spanish and Portuguese markets, with over 1 GW of operational assets and a significant development portfolio.
