We are seeking staff for a residential care center in Cabanes (Castellón) for the position of Nursing Assistant. Candidates must have formal training as a Technical Assistant in Nursing Care (TCAE), in Socio-Healthcare, or in Care for Dependent Persons. A professional certification in socio-healthcare is also valued. A minimum of 6 to 12 months of relevant experience is required, as well as having a personal vehicle to commute to the center. This is a temporary contract position. Full-time schedules of 40 hours per week or part-time schedules of 20 hours per week are offered, with rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night hours. Salary follows the collective agreement for private residential care facilities in the Valencian Community. The company provides internal training and supervision support. Additionally, opportunities for professional advancement and career development within the center are available. Key responsibilities include implementing residents’ individualized care plans, supporting daily activities, and assisting with residents’ integration into the center. Other duties involve assisting with patient transfers, repositioning, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration.
