Work is carried out in collaboration with the nursing and rehabilitation teams, ensuring comprehensive and individualized care. You will also participate in socio-recreational activities that promote cognitive stimulation and socialization. Maintaining clear communication with residents and their families is essential, including reporting any relevant incidents. Organization, responsibility, and a proactive attitude are required to contribute effectively to the unit’s operations. The facility adheres to quality care and safety protocols. Teamwork skills and adaptability to rotating shifts are highly valued, along with consistently respectful and dignified treatment of older adults.
