Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the Enotourism area who will create a positive and distinctive experience by managing visitor接待 and ensuring an excellent first impression of the winery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and conduct engaging guided tours. 2. Promote winery products through customer advisory services. 3. Manage reservations and organize visits to ensure a seamless experience. In this context, we seek to incorporate a professional into the **Enotourism** area who will serve as the first point of contact for our visitors and play a fundamental role in generating a positive, thoughtful, and distinctive experience. **Your Purpose** ---------------- Your purpose in this role will be to generate an excellent first impression of the winery by managing visitor接待 across all enotourism areas and ensuring a close, thoughtful, and brand-aligned experience.**Your Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Welcome visitors with close and professional service that contributes to generating an excellent first impression of the winery. * Manage reservations and visit organization, ensuring efficient planning and a seamless experience for the customer. * Design and conduct guided tours, effectively and attractively conveying the winery’s history, values, and winemaking process. * Support the management of the physical shop by advising customers and naturally promoting our products in alignment with the lived experience. **What We Value** -------------------- We seek a customer-oriented individual with strong communication skills and sensitivity to the visitor experience, meeting the following requirements: * **1–2 years’ experience** in customer service, tourism, or enotourism roles. * Education in **Tourism, English Studies, or related fields.** * Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and approachably. * A proactive, organized attitude with attention to detail. * Interest in the world of wine and the enotourism environment. * Availability to work weekends and public holidays. **Education** ------------- Bachelor’s Degree in English Studies Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism**Languages** ----------- English proficiency level **B2–C1** (mandatory for serving international visitors). **Competencies** ---------------- Corporate Mindset Ability to Learn and Adapt Innovation and Continuous Improvement Analytical Thinking Teamwork**Knowledge** ----------------- Wine Product — Characteristics Protocol and Communication It is not always possible to fully meet all requirements.
