




Position Summary: We are seeking a Labor Integration Technician to support persons with disabilities in their workplace adaptation and coordinate support services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Individualized support for persons with disabilities 2. Job position analysis and identification of support needs 3. Coordination with the team and management of the Special Employment Center We are looking for a Labor Integration Technician for an organization in Logroño. A Higher Technician Diploma in Social Integration or a Bachelor’s degree in Social Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. Prior experience in similar roles—especially at least three years in Support Units or supported employment—will be highly valued. Having a recognized disability will be considered a strong advantage. Main responsibilities include providing individualized support to persons with disabilities during their workplace adaptation and professional development. Job position analysis, identification of support needs, and proposal of necessary accommodations will also be carried out. Direct coordination with kiosk managers, the management of the Special Employment Center, and other team professionals is required. A permanent full-time contract is offered, covering both morning and afternoon shifts.
