Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect to supervise construction works, prepare budgets, and manage public building construction projects autonomously. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage diverse projects within public building construction A Technical Architect is required to work in Logroño (La Rioja), holding a degree in Technical Architecture and Building Construction or an equivalent qualification enabling professional practice under European directives. Responsibilities include supervising the execution of construction projects of various scales for public administration, preparing budgets, occupational health and safety studies, quality control, and waste management. Investment verifications, technical reports on building pathologies, authorizations, construction awarding procedures, and property condition reviews will also be conducted.
