We are looking for an **Electromechanical Technician** to join a major **poultry processing and production company**, located in **Berantevilla**. **What will be your mission?** Ensure the proper operation of the plant’s facilities and production equipment, guaranteeing uninterrupted production and actively participating in continuous process improvement. **Main responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and facilities. * Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures. * Collaborate with the Production Department to minimize downtime. * Carry out new installations, modifications, and improvements to industrial equipment. * Complete maintenance documentation and records. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards. * Participate in continuous improvement projects. * Maintain the plant’s facilities and equipment in optimal condition. **Requirements** * Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, electricity, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance. * Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Residence within a reasonable distance from the workplace. **Preferred qualifications** * Prior experience in the food industry. * Knowledge of English. * Analytical ability and capacity to troubleshoot failures. * Proactivity, autonomy, and team-oriented mindset. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Immediate start. * Working hours: 3 rotating shifts (occasional weekends). * Annual gross salary between €30,000 and €34,000, depending on experience and skills brought to the role. * A stable position within a leading company in its sector. * Opportunities for professional development. * Continuous training and technical support.
