




**Currently, NOVEX wishes to expand its team by incorporating a profile within the KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER OFFICE to complement the current R\+D\+i management team.** **JOB DESCRIPTION** The selected candidate will join the KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER OFFICE (project management), working in coordination with the R\+D\+i department and as an independent unit of NOVEX. The new Grant Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating their own portfolio of projects funded by public bodies—both internal (NOVEX’s own) and external (CLIENTS’)—within the annual portfolio handled by the entity at regional, national, and European levels. Specifically, they will work in close coordination with R\+D\+i technical teams across two key areas: new funding applications and monitoring/closing of ongoing funded projects. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * **STRATEGIC PLANNING:** * Identifying grants potentially applicable to the technological center’s clients—or to the center itself. * Ensuring project deliverables are delivered according to established objectives and schedule. * **END-TO-END PROJECT MANAGEMENT:** * Application, monitoring, and justification of grants within their respective frameworks, ensuring timely and compliant submission of required documentation. * Technical and financial drafting, preparation, and submission of proposals to various funding calls. * Ensuring receipt of necessary documentation for grant applications from clients (external/internal), as well as verifying its quality. * Financial management: monitoring project budgets, expenditures, and financial requirements set by funding entities—including EU, national, and regional bodies. * Regulatory compliance: ensuring adherence to all regulations, guidelines, and policies under Horizon Europe and other programs, as well as grant agreements, consortium agreements, and reporting requirements. * Communication and Dissemination: monitoring and implementing communication and dissemination activities to promote project achievements and results at regional, national, and international levels. * Risk Management: identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact project success, implementing corrective actions as needed. * **INTERDISCIPLINARY COORDINATION:** * Facilitating effective collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, associated institutions, and external partners involved in projects. * Collaborating with the technical department in preparing proposals and generating reports on time and in the required format. * Ensuring timely execution of digital signatures delegated by client companies and the technological center. * **REPRESENTATION:** o Attendance at events/conferences/fairs o Attendance at regional, national, and European consortium meetings o Meetings with clients, collaborators, and suppliers * **TECHNOLOGICAL WATCH:** o Staying up to date on major developments regarding regional, national, or international public funding opportunities. o Supporting the R\+D\+i area within NOVEX’s Technology Watch Unit to formulate new strategic ideas—internally and/or for clients. **SEND US YOUR CV**
