You will supervise sales, human resources, recruitment, training and development, finance, and administration—to turn your store into a success story. **WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STORE MANAGER AT SCHMIDT?** You will become a conductor. You will listen, lead, manage, motivate, and guide your team toward one ultimate goal: Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and 100% employee satisfaction (with the resulting increase in profitability).
