The SENIORS network of elderly care homes is an organization within the Clariane Group. The residences in our Group have always been characterized by a high technical standard and teamwork, based on closeness and humane treatment provided to residents and their families, as well as participation in Health Programs, Disease Prevention, and Rehabilitation. We are currently seeking a nurse to join our SENIORS center located in Logroño (La Rioja). Your main responsibilities will be: · Monitor and attend to users' general human and healthcare needs, especially when they require your services. · Prepare and administer medications according to medical prescriptions, particularly treatments. · Measure blood pressure, pulse, and temperature. · Assist doctors by preparing required materials and medications. · Organize clinical records and record data related to your duties. · Attend to bedridden patients due to illness, perform prescribed postural changes, monitor meal service to patients, and directly provide feeding to those patients requiring instrumental assistance (nasogastric tube, gastric tube, etc.). · Monitor users' personal hygiene, as well as medications and food present in their rooms. · Address healthcare needs of staff working at the center that fall within your responsibilities. · Collaborate with physiotherapists in activities where your ATS/DUE qualification level is compatible, whenever your specific duties allow it. · Place pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology orders in centers where no specialist is available. · Supervise and ensure proper execution of physical therapies prescribed by doctors, observing any incidents that may arise during their implementation. · In general, carry out any other unspecified tasks requested that relate to the above.
