Duties include electrical tasks (troubleshooting and facility maintenance), plumbing (pipes, faucets, and water systems), and general tasks such as painting, structural repairs, and upkeep of common areas. HVAC and heating systems will also be supervised; tool inventory will be managed; and collaboration with the team will ensure efficiency and safety. A technical qualification in electricity, plumbing, or building maintenance, along with prior experience in a similar role, is required. Solid knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a proactive, detail-oriented attitude are essential.
