We are seeking a person to provide comprehensive supervision of the automated manufacturing process at an agro-industrial plant in San Adrián. Responsibilities include monitoring and controlling all production stages (soaking, germination, roasting, and by-product manufacturing), supervising auxiliary facilities such as boilers, wastewater treatment plants, and cold rooms, managing storage silos with automated intake and dispatch, and recording data in the computerized system. Additional duties include bagging, palletizing, completing work reports, and executing the industrial cleaning plan using both manual and mechanical methods. A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification is required, preferably technical; candidates must be over 18 years of age, hold a valid driver’s license and have their own vehicle, and possess at least three years of experience in similar industrial supervision and control roles. Proficient use of computers and tablets is essential. Training in occupational safety, safety culture, and knowledge of food safety, quality, and environmental standards are considered advantageous. The plant operates continuously 365 days per year, with rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night hours. The role demands attention to detail, strong supervisory capability, and commitment to safety and quality procedures. Continuous training will be provided to achieve autonomy in assigned tasks. Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification, preferably in a technical field. Over 18 years of age. Valid Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial process supervision and control. Essential proficiency in IT equipment (computer and tablet). Valuable: training in occupational safety, industrial safety culture, and knowledge of food safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
