




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced cook for the preparation, garnishing, and presentation of dishes, collaborating in the management of raw materials and kitchen control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Qualified and autonomous preparation of dishes 2. Assisting with orders and preservation of raw materials 3. Monitoring and care of culinary products We are looking for a cook with experience at our restaurant Horno de San Juan, Miranda de Ebro, Burgos. Main duties include: \-Preparation of orders under the supervision of the head chef. \-Qualified, autonomous, and responsible preparation, garnishing, and presentation of dishes using appropriate techniques. \-Assisting with ordering and preservation of raw materials and kitchen supplies. \-Preparing, cooking, and presenting culinary items. \-Inspecting and monitoring kitchen equipment, reporting any issues immediately. \-Monitoring and ensuring proper storage and efficient utilization of provided ingredients. Essential: Communication skills. Desirable: Solid industry knowledge (wine lists, menu expertise, protocols, etc.). English language proficiency.
