





**Description:** ---------------- A major business group requires, for its facility in Vitoria\-Gasteiz, to hire a: TENDERING AND BID MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR Working closely with the sales department and technical, legal, and operations departments, you will be responsible for preparing high\-quality tender responses, managing pre\-qualification processes, and creating and maintaining an updated company library of documentation and certifications for commercial processes. We are seeking a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles, excellent written English skills, document formatting abilities (MS Word, Excel, PDF tools), familiarity with tendering portals and bid management processes, as well as proficiency in CRM systems and basic knowledge of sales reporting. Residence in Vitoria\-Gasteiz or surrounding areas is essential. We offer immediate incorporation (permanent contract with trial period) within an advanced and clearly growing project.
