**Description:** ---------------- QUALIS IS SELECTING FOR ARESOL RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESS DIGITIZATION AND DATA ANALYSIS We need to incorporate a Responsible for Process Digitization and Data Analysis Your main mission will be the management and coordination of process digitization and data analysis across all areas of GRUPO ARESOL related to the construction and operation of renewable energy facilities. Main responsibilities include: Standardization and digitization of processes across different organizational areas of the company. Data analysis up to its conversion into information. Drawing conclusions based on data analysis. Application of AI methods for data analysis and processing. Automation of periodic reports. Develop action schedules and execution budgets for each solution. Coordinate with Management and different organizational departments in selecting the optimal solution. Identify organizational needs (personnel, material resources, software, training, etc.). Assign tasks and responsibilities to participants. Develop BOQ procedures enabling tendering for needs requiring externalization. Market prospecting for existing standard commercial solutions, analyzing pros and cons compared to custom-developed alternative solutions. Monitor compliance with established timelines and budgets for each solution. Review and improve processes. Identify new processes. Technically and economically analyze improvements achieved after implementing solutions that enabled digitizing and optimizing specific processes. Document management: Physical and digital archiving, digitization, etc. WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Senior profile. Proven experience in management and coordination roles related to process digitization and optimization. Education: Academic technical qualification (university degree or higher vocational training) in fields related to Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics and data analysis, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Mathematical Modeling and Computing, Engineering, or any other related field will be valued positively. Knowledge in Data Science and Machine Learning, and in Mathematical Modeling, Statistics and Computing. Intermediate/advanced level in computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access). Programming languages. Creation and management of databases. Specific software relevant to the assigned functions. Basic/intermediate level of English. Leadership, organizational, autonomy, analytical, global vision, decision-making, planning, and results-oriented skills. Teamwork ability.
