Implement continuous improvement and new technologies **Job Description:** At Kendu Retail, a leader in visual communication solutions for the retail sector, we are looking for a Factory Manager to manage daily operations at our production plant in Viana, Navarra. This key role will be responsible for coordinating work teams and ensuring achievement of production, quality, and efficiency objectives, reporting directly to the Manufacturing Director. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise daily manufacturing plant operations. * Manage production teams, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and fostering a collaborative work environment. * Ensure adherence to production schedules, deadlines, and established quality standards. * Implement and monitor continuous improvement practices, applying methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and facilities in coordination with the maintenance team. * Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support preparation of reports for the Manufacturing Director. * Support implementation of innovations and new technologies in production processes. * Identify process improvement opportunities and propose viable solutions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within production environments. * Solid knowledge of production process management and continuous improvement. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. * Problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills. * Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable in Spain. * ERP systems and production management tools experience is desirable.
