Your main responsibility will be to ensure orders are prepared efficiently and accurately, guaranteeing products reach their destination in optimal condition and within the agreed timeframe. You will work closely with the warehouse and transportation teams to optimize workflows and uphold the highest quality standards. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * **Order Picking and Packing:** Select and pack products according to outbound orders, ensuring correct identification and integrity of items. * **Shipment Management:** Organize and prepare goods for dispatch, verify required documentation, and coordinate with carriers. * **Truck Loading:** Safely and efficiently load trucks with prepared orders, optimizing space and ensuring cargo stability. * **Stock Control:** Assist with inventory and stock control tasks, reporting any discrepancies or incidents. * **Work Area Maintenance:** Maintain order and cleanliness in picking and dispatch areas, complying with safety and hygiene regulations. * **Equipment Operation:** Safely and efficiently operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified and trained), and other warehouse equipment. * **Incident Resolution:** Identify and report any issues or incidents arising during picking or dispatch processes, proposing solutions where possible. **What we offer:** * Employment with an established and growing company. * Stable employment contract, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00. * Salary according to the Spanish National Collective Agreement for the Meat Industry. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for in you?** * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year of experience** in similar roles, preferably in warehousing, logistics, or expeditions. * **Skills:** Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, organizational skills, and responsibility. * **Knowledge:** Familiarity with **order fulfillment**, **dispatch operations**, and **truck loading** processes. * **Attitude:** Proactivity, eagerness to learn, and commitment to work quality. * **Physical fitness:** Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and handle loads. * **Availability:** Immediate start. * Driver's license and personal vehicle
