The main responsibilities will be: * Loading/unloading steel coils (up to 26 TN) using a bridge crane and forklift. * Loading trains and trucks. * Handling pallets, wire rod coils, bundled bars, etc., using a front-end forklift. Working hours will be Monday to Friday on **rotating shifts: 06:00\-14:00, 14:00\-22:00, and/or split shift: 08:00\-12:00 and 14:00\-18:00.** For the first 3\-4 weeks, the shift will be split until the candidate becomes autonomous. Initial employment will be through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency) for 6\-9 months, with potential transition to an indefinite contract based on performance.
