This position involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the various departments that constitute the supply chain. The departments you will collaborate with include warehouse, traffic, production planning, and materials management. The role is essential for ensuring the efficient flow of information and documentation among these areas, contributing to daily operations and achieving logistical objectives. Administrative tasks are varied and require meticulous attention to detail, as well as strong organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. The work environment is dynamic and process-oriented, where accuracy and punctuality in task execution are key values. The person in this position will act as an administrative liaison, facilitating communication and proper document management among different operational teams. Documentation handled may include purchase orders, delivery notes, inventory reports, invoices, and shipment schedules, among others. The assistant is expected to maintain up-to-date records and assist in preparing periodic reports for supervision. Work is carried out during standard office hours, but within a framework that values coordination with the operational shifts of logistics departments. This role not only entails support tasks but also offers the opportunity to gain first-hand understanding of how a complex supply chain operates internally. Team integration is essential, as the success of this role depends heavily on smooth communication and effective cooperation with colleagues from diverse functional areas. The offered salary complies with the applicable collective bargaining agreement, guaranteeing regulated employment conditions. Additionally, a monthly transport allowance is included to offset commuting expenses. The established working hours are office-based, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offer some flexibility regarding start and end times, subject to prior coordination. A vocational training qualification (Intermediate or Higher Level) in fields such as Administrative Management, Logistics, or a related specialty is required. Solid and demonstrable proficiency in office software is mandatory, specifically in Word text processor, Excel spreadsheet, and PowerPoint presentation software. The ideal candidate should be organized, possess problem-solving skills exercised independently, and demonstrate a proactive attitude toward learning and continuous improvement. The ability to work collaboratively within a multi-departmental team is a fundamental requirement for successful performance in this position.
