At Vinarchy, we are seeking individuals responsible for carrying out the productive tasks corresponding to their position (warehouse, barrels, production, and filtration for Rioja and non-Rioja wines). In collaboration with their supervisor, they will ensure compliance with company policies regarding production, occupational safety, quality, environment, and operational excellence. Main responsibilities: * Perform all operational tasks related to their position according to the instructions outlined in the relevant Work Instructions, both in terms of machinery handling and manual labor. * Understand and monitor the planning and implementation of scheduled actions for maintenance, repair, and cleaning of facilities. * Operate various software applications used by the Company. * Participate in daily follow-up meetings for incident management and performance indicators (SIM). * Provide support across different departments and work centers within the Company, working as a team and acquiring knowledge of other roles to increase versatility and improve operational efficiency. * Actively participate in area tasks, demonstrating a proactive attitude and initiative. * Collaborate with the team to achieve established goals. * Analyze and resolve problems efficiently, proposing solutions and improvements. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and work methodologies. * Maintain an open attitude toward learning and ongoing professional development. * Promote and uphold awareness in energy management, respecting and ensuring adherence to prevention procedures, food safety guidelines, quality, and environmental standards. * Respect and comply with established health and safety regulations. * Maintain their work environment according to established standards of organization, order, and cleanliness. * Comply with requirements of the QSE system (Quality, Safety, Environment) and those established for Operational Excellence. Desired profile: * Vocational Training / High School Diploma * 1 year of experience in operational/warehouse roles * Forklift operator license * Proficiency in Office/Windows at user level * English level B1 * Proactive attitude, collaborative mindset focused on continuous improvement, initiative-taking, and willingness to learn We offer an initial temporary contract for 6 months, with the possibility of conversion to permanent.
