




Position Summary: We are seeking a chef with proven experience in hot, cold, and avant-garde cuisine, responsible for menu creation, recipe development, gastronomic marketing, and inventory management. Knowledge of gastronomic marketing and inventory management We are looking for a chef with proven experience in preparing dishes from hot, cold, and avant-garde cuisine. Experience in pastry, confectionery, and baking is also desirable. This position involves menu creation and structuring, development of standard recipes, and knowledge of gastronomic marketing. Expert handling of raw materials, inventory management, precise recipe costing, and participation in event execution are expected. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with working hours from 11:30 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 21:00. Tuesdays afternoon and Wednesdays are days off. The approximate salary offered is €1350 gross per month.
