As a Construction Site Manager (Building), you will be responsible for supervising and managing construction projects in the region. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution. \*\*\*Responsibilities\*\*\*\* Coordinate and supervise all stages of construction projects, from inception to completion. Manage and lead on-site workers, ensuring adherence to deadlines and work quality standards. Collaborate with design and architectural teams to guarantee accurate interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. Continuously monitor construction progress, identifying and resolving any issues or deviations arising during the process. Ensure compliance with occupational safety, quality, and environmental regulations on site. Coordinate procurement and management of suppliers and subcontractors. Maintain smooth communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status. Requirements University degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering. Proven prior experience of at least 5 years in managing residential building construction projects. Solid knowledge of construction codes and regulations. Leadership skills and ability to manage work teams. Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
