As part of the store team and reporting to the Fish Market Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Daily receipt of goods (fish), ensuring quality and freshness upon entry. * Handling, cleaning, and cutting fish while maintaining freshness and quality standards. * Setting up the fish counter to ensure all varieties are accessible. * Recommending, advising, and informing customers about product features to deliver an excellent shopping experience. * Cleaning, organizing, and supervising fish-handling tools and equipment, as well as maintaining facilities (cold rooms and sinks). * Collaborating with the Fish Market Manager in supervising tasks and managing the fishmonger team. * Monitoring existing stock levels and supporting the Fish Market Manager in conducting inventories and placing orders.
