We are a leader in the infrastructure and engineering sector, firmly committed to integrating sustainability into our organizational strategy. We are currently seeking a BUILDING STUDIES TECHNICIAN. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyze tender specifications and documentation to assess bid feasibility. * Prepare the **technical documentation** for proposals, defining the construction process and project schedule. * Develop the **Work Program** using **MS Project**. * Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. * Conduct the **economic study** of the tender: direct, indirect, and proportional costs. * Prepare the **economic close-out sheet** for each study.
