Your main objectives will be: * Leadership and Mentorship: Guide, train, and supervise other developers and architects, ensuring the highest standards of technical quality, methodological excellence, and a shared learning environment. * Cutting-Edge Architecture Design: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, clearly documenting and communicating the integration approach for all components. * Strategic Customer Partner: Educate customers, negotiate optimal technological solutions, and act as the final escalation point for complex technical decision-making within the program. * Building High-Performance Teams: Actively participate alongside HR in the selection process, defining technical evaluation procedures to identify top market talent, detect skill gaps, and develop training plans. * Pre-Sales and Growth Strategy: Assist in identifying new commercial opportunities, designing advanced tools and techniques enabling efficient, high-value deliveries. **Your Arsenal (What We’re Looking for in You)** ------------------------------------- ### **Mandatory (Exclusive Requirements):** ### **Academic Qualification:** **University degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technologies.** ### **Core ServiceNow Certifications:** * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Strategic Portfolio Management (**CIS-SPM**). * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (**CSA**). * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (**CIS-ITSM**) + at least two additional CIS certifications on the platform. ### **ServiceNow Experience:** **More than 5 years of hands-on experience configuring and developing on the ServiceNow platform.** ### **SPM and Consulting Experience:** ### **More than 3 years of experience implementing project portfolio management (SPM/PPM) or in strategic PMO consulting roles.** ### **More than 5 years of general experience in technology consulting, service management, or software development.** ### **Telecom Sector Specialization:** **More than 2 years of direct experience working with telecommunications clients or within a Telco operational environment, demonstrating understanding of network inventory, service assurance, and BSS/OSS ecosystems.** ### **Solid Technical Knowledge:** **Proven experience developing with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, modern frameworks, and robust integrations, within Agile environments and software development lifecycle (SDLC) management.** ### **Desirable (Especially Valued If Also Possessed):** ### **You hold elite ServiceNow certifications: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA).** ### **You hold a postgraduate degree or master’s related to software development or architecture.** ### **You have knowledge of ITIL (preferably Foundation level).** ### **You demonstrate strong familiarity with industry frameworks such as Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) or TM Forum Open APIs along with their standardized data models.** ### **You are passionate about continuous learning, sharing disruptive ideas, and evolving alongside a dynamic team.** **Your Soft Skills** ----------------------------------------- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and meticulous attention to detail.
