




Job Summary: This person will support the Compensation and Benefits Manager in managing agreements and policies, including payroll administration and accounting processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Full payroll and social security administration (SILTRA) 2. Management of immigration procedures and social benefits 3. Employee inquiry handling and resolution This person will support the Compensation and Benefits Manager in managing compensation and benefits agreements and policies, including administration, payroll processing, and accounting for all Company employees. **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** * Full preparation of **payrolls** and **social security contributions (SILTRA)**. * Tax filing and liaison with the **Tax Agency (Hacienda)**. * Generation and submission of **bank transfer files** for payroll payments. * Preparation and management of the **payroll accounting file**. * Processing of **employment contracts**, **registrations**, **deregistrations**, and modifications in **Social Security** via the **RED System**. * Management of **temporary disability cases**, **direct payments**, coordination with the **Mutual Insurance Company (Mutua)**, and reporting of **work-related accidents** via the **DELTA System**. * Up-to-date application of **current labor legislation**, monitoring of regulatory changes, and **collective bargaining agreements**. * Management of **trade union elections**. * Preparation and support during **inspections by the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) and Labor Inspectorate**. * Resolution of inquiries and procedures before **official government agencies**. * Management of **immigration-related procedures** (visas, permits, renewals). * Processing and management of **social benefits**: pension plans, insurance (life/health), advances, etc. * Active participation in projects within the **Compensation and Benefits (Comp\&Ben)** area. * Management and oversight of **salary increase campaigns** and **bonus/variable pay programs** via Workday. * Coordination of procedures related to **international social security**, communications regarding employee assignments abroad, and tax obligations of expatriate personnel. * Updating and maintaining the corporate **ERP system (Workday)**. * Review and signing of **CPD’s** (Data Protection Documents, per procedure). * Employee inquiry handling and resolution, ensuring a responsive, agile, and employee experience-oriented service. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources. * Minimum two years’ experience in similar roles. * Familiarity with SILTRA, RED System, DELT@, payroll software (Epsilon), etc. * Knowledge of Workday is desirable. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * Organizational and planning skills. * Customer orientation (internal/external). * Teamwork capability. * Proficiency in payroll software and official agency tools. * Knowledge of labor, tax, and labor relations regulations. **Job Posting End Date:** 2026\-05\-30**Target Hire Date****:** 2026\-06\-01**Target End Date**:
