The listed building, built at the beginning of the 20th century and decorated in a belle\-époque style, today houses a hotel that tastefully marries classicism with the urban environment. Designer Lorenzo Castillo has created a warm decor of lacquered wood, polychrome marble and handmade wallpaper, which serves as a showcase for a magnificent collection of European antiques and artwork dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. In much the same way, chef Mario Sandoval Huertas, at the helm of Haroma Restaurant, elevates the finest ingredients through his eclectic and sophisticated cuisine. **Duration** This is a maternity leave replacement contract for one year. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Define and execute the events department strategy, aligned with brand values and hotel objectives. * Comprehensive management of social and corporate events: weddings, private celebrations, gastronomic events, senior management meetings, and brand presentations. * Acquisition, advisory services, and retention of national and international premium-segment clients. * Preparation, presentation, and closure of commercial proposals and contracts. * Design and planning of events across all phases: venues, gastronomy, decoration, timing, and guest experience. * Direct coordination with the executive chef and other hotel departments to ensure flawless execution. * Supervision and coordination of external suppliers (florists, audiovisuals, music, technical production, etc.). * On-site presence and leadership during events, ensuring quality control and resolution of incidents. * Management and motivation of trainees joining the team. * Budget control, invoicing, and performance reporting. * Representation of the hotel at commercial visits, industry events, and networking activities. **Requirements** * Degree in Tourism, Protocol, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field. * Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and attention to detail. * Excellent commercial and communication skills. * High proficiency in **Spanish and English** (additional languages are an asset). * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously. * Knowledge of quality and service standards specific to the luxury sector.
