Job Summary: We are seeking a Content Creator & Community Manager to collaborate on content design, create diverse formats, and manage social media—identifying trends and participating in creative strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate on content design and calendar planning. 2. Create native content in different formats and for various clients. 3. Support the management of social media accounts for diverse clients. At Marketalia—one of Spain’s leading independent digital marketing agencies, recognized as a Google Premier Partner 2025 and META Business Partner—we are looking for a Content Creator \& Community Manager profile to join our team through a paid internship. ### **What Are We Looking For?** A creative and proactive individual eager to work collaboratively and grow professionally in the fields of social media, communications, and creativity. Signing a training agreement with your educational institution is mandatory. ### **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Collaborate on content calendar design and planning: beginning with defining objectives and execution methods to achieve them. * Create native content in various formats (images, video, copywriting, etc.) for different clients, both B2B and B2C. * Support the management of social media accounts for various clients: active listening and community engagement, content publishing, and performance tracking. * Participate in preparing social media analytics reports. * Explore social platforms to identify trends and propose ideas. * Collaborate with influencers and content creators. * Support the development of social media consulting, audits, and strategies. * Participate in creating creative concepts for brands. ### **Who Are We Looking For?** * Eligibility to sign a training agreement. * Teamwork capability and motivation. * General understanding of how major social media platforms operate. * Proficient use of tools such as Canva and CapCut (or similar). * Strong writing and copywriting skills. * Interest in social media, Social-First communication, and creativity. * Audiovisual production knowledge (scriptwriting, photography, video, etc.) is a plus. * Eagerness to learn and join a young, enthusiastic team. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. ### **What Can We Offer You?** * Paid internship. * Training programs with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and others. * Opportunity to join one of Spain’s most prominent and sustainable independent agencies—META Business Partner and Google Premier Partner 2025. * Collaboration with a cohesive and empathetic social media team. * Potential for future full-time employment.
