##### **Are you passionate about leading projects that transform logistics and improve operational efficiency?** We are seeking a Project Manager \- Logistics Transformation and Continuous Improvement to join a leading retail company, where you will participate in strategic logistics transformation projects with direct impact on operations and national business growth. ###### **What are we looking for?** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Organization Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **5 years** of experience leading continuous improvement, operations, logistics, or supply chain projects. * Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, and operational excellence. * Experience in layout redesign, productivity improvement, or operational transformation projects. * Fluent English proficiency. * Willingness to travel nationwide. ###### **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Lead logistics transformation projects focused on improving processes, productivity, layouts, and operational flows. * Design and implement process improvements in procurement, goods management, and logistics operations using Lean methodologies. * Coordinate cross-functional projects across different business areas to ensure efficient and consistent implementation of improvements. * Analyze operational needs of logistics centers and propose solutions optimizing resources, space, and productivity. * Support teams during project implementation, monitor KPIs, and ensure consolidation of improvements.
