WHY WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU At **Rheinmetall Expal Munitions**, we are looking for a **Data \& Analytics Business Partner** to join our team. Your mission will be the critical bridge between our production plants and the technical team: transforming real-world manufacturing, quality, and supply challenges into high-impact analytical solutions. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? * Interact directly with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain departments to identify needs. * Translate plant-level problems into analytical use cases (Dashboards, KPIs, and predictive models). * Prioritize initiatives based on their real business value and technical feasibility. * Define technical requirements and coordinate with Data Engineering and Data Science teams (internal and external vendors) to build the solution. * Ensure delivery of Power BI dashboards and ensure actual business adoption and usage. * Lead the mid-term technological roadmap for the data function. * Establish Data Governance rules. * Foster a Data-Driven culture within a complex industrial environment. **Location: On-site at Vía Dublín 7, Madrid.** WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU * 3\-5 years of experience as a Data Business Analyst, preferably in industrial environments. * Ability to understand plant processes and convert them into measurable metrics. * Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. * Knowledge of how data flows between ERP, CRM, and execution systems (MES). * Intermediate level of English. * Willingness to travel.
