Our core values—collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust—guide us toward excellence. **What Do We Value?** At least 2\-3 years of experience as a Frontend/Fullstack Developer with a focus on React: * Experience developing with React (versions above 18\) and deep knowledge of its ecosystem. * Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for building modern and efficient interfaces. * Experience with React state management tools (Redux, Context API, or others). * Knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns. * Familiarity with development methodologies such as TDD (Test\-Driven Development) and SOLID principles. * Experience using version control tools like Git. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in agile, multidisciplinary environments. * Interest or experience in AI-assisted development, including environments such as OpenCode, ClaudeCode, Codex, or similar. * Knowledge of methodologies such as SDD (Spec Driven Development) is a plus. **What Would Be Your Responsibilities?** * **Software Development / Coding**: Develop and maintain product codebases, ensuring features are correctly implemented and tested—including quality and security aspects. Contribute to continuous improvement through refactoring, performance optimization, maintainability, and scalability. Keep technical documentation up to date. * **Delivery**: Adopt and follow continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices. Actively participate in code reviews (PRs), providing high-quality feedback and contributing to the product’s technical excellence. Manage Technical Debt appropriately. * **Operations and Support**: Collaborate on operational support for products in production environments. Participate in implementing observability practices and alerting systems. * **Team**: Support technical onboarding of new team members. Foster teamwork, collaboration, and mentoring of junior profiles. * **Planning**: Participate in defining and managing requirements, milestones, and deliverables. Break down complex features into manageable tasks and provide realistic estimates. * **Technology Strategy**: Contribute to defining product APIs. Stay current with trends and emerging technologies, providing technical feedback to the Tech Lead for decision-making. * **Quality**: Ensure the quality of developed or modified code, guaranteeing associated tests function correctly. Apply the team’s testing policies with support from the technical lead and architects. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * Fullstack development with backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, or other frameworks. * Experience with modern web application architectures. * Knowledge of AI-based development tools and practices. * Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). * Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and code quality.
