Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Engineer with experience in installation companies to manage and supervise construction projects and handle installation legalization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing installation execution 2. Management of installation legalization with official authorities 3. Coordination of installation teams and subcontractors on site We seek to hire a Construction Engineer with 2\-3 years of experience in installation companies. The selected candidate will be responsible for on-site management and supervision of assigned projects, as well as processing and legalizing installations with official authorities. **Main Responsibilities** · **On-Site Supervision:** Monitor proper execution of electrical (LV/HV), HVAC, plumbing, and sanitation works on site. · **Installation Legalization:** Collect technical documentation, draft completion certificates, and process applications for commissioning and legalization with Industrial Delegations and Inspection Entities (OCA). · **Workforce Management:** Coordinate daily activities of in-house installation teams and subcontractors. · **Organization and Logistics:** Plan on-site material requirements, request quotations from suppliers, and manage purchase orders. · **Financial Monitoring:** Track project costs against the initial budget, prepare monthly certifications, and manage additional work. · **Client Communication:** Attend site meetings with contractors, technical supervisors, and public administration representatives. · **Safety:** Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations during installations.
