We are currently seeking a **Management Tools Engineer (OMS/SmartRem)** for our Operations Excellence department. **Job Mission** Drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making through the implementation, analysis, and improvement of performance tools and processes across operational centers. This role aims to ensure proper deployment of tracking systems (OMS and associated tools), process standardization, and continuous productivity improvement in logistics and multisite environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the implementation and rollout of performance tools (OMS), ensuring integration with operational systems (WMS, T\&A) and standardization across centers. * Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, information gaps, and opportunities for productivity and performance improvement. * Design, document, and map processes, layouts, and workflows to optimize operational efficiency. * Manage data and system integration in coordination with IT, ensuring data quality and consistency. * Train and support operational teams, ensuring correct adoption and usage of tools. * Coordinate stakeholders, rollouts, and vendors to ensure successful and sustainable implementations. * Monitor KPIs and propose data-based continuous improvement actions. **Requirements** * University degree in Engineering, Data, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations, data analysis, or process improvement. * Experience in supply chain, logistics, or multisite environments is desirable. * Knowledge of data analytics tools and operational systems (e.g., WMS or others) is desirable. * High proficiency in English and Spanish. * Strong analytical ability, results orientation, and communication skills.
