At **ACR**, we are seeking a **Studies Technician (Residential Building)** for our **Madrid office**. **Your mission** * Analyze and develop project economic proposals from commercial, technical, and economic perspectives. * Participate in collaborative processes alongside the rest of the ACR team. * Study industrialized projects across various construction systems. **Main responsibilities** * Preparation of technical and economic studies for residential building projects. * Participation in and study of industrialized projects. * Study of projects for collaborative processes and participation therein. * Preparation of detailed cost estimates and budgets for proposal preparation. * Analysis and evaluation of improvement proposals and alternatives. * Attendance at client meetings to present and defend proposals. **What we offer** * Indefinite-term contract. * Option to work remotely 2 days per week after completing the first 6 months. * Supportive technical team and collaborative environment. * Flexible compensation and accident insurance. * Well-being initiatives (Wellhub, birthday afternoon off, digital disconnection, support measures for pregnant employees, Employee Assistance Program, etc.). * Continuous training, performance evaluation, and professional development. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Technical Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of LEED, BREEAM, or similar certifications is desirable. * Minimum three years’ experience as a Studies Technician. * Fieldwork experience is desirable. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Presto, and Adobe software. * Experience and knowledge of BIM, Project, and/or Last Planner are desirable. * Initiative, teamwork, efficiency and productivity, adaptability to change.
