Therefore, we seek experience in roles related to client management, with preference given to experience managing major accounts. We face hundreds of challenges daily, so we require our next colleague to possess a strong drive for self-improvement, initiative, analytical ability, organizational and planning skills. What will you do at FUE? * Design and present new youth talent strategies for companies, as well as contribute solutions and improvements to existing ones. * Market training and recruitment solutions aligned with defined commercial objectives, promoting cross-selling. * Identify market needs to design new products and services for companies and young people, aiming to enhance employability and innovate youth talent policies. * Conduct visits and presentations to companies and universities regarding FUE’s solutions. * Analyze competitors, niches, and opportunities across any activity area of the Fundación Universidad\-Empresa to define actions aimed at increasing sales. * Support the expansion of the Fundación Universidad\-Empresa by establishing contacts and relationships with new companies and universities nationally and internationally, with particular focus on Europe and Latin America. * Prepare follow-up and results reports.
