We are seeking a Technical Architecture Lead whose role must ensure alignment between technological solutions and the institution’s strategic goals, foster the adoption of market best practices and standards, and perform the following **responsibilities**: * End-to-end management of the organization’s technical architecture. * Definition of the architecture model for current and future systems. * Management of vendors responsible for technology implementations. * Establishment and communication of development alignments and best practices. * Assurance of governance and compliance with the defined architecture. * Extension, training, and support for the team in adopting architectural patterns. * Guaranteeing and managing the technological platform upon which developments will be based (currently under definition). * Providing technical advisory and support to various project teams to ensure architectural consistency. * Monitoring technological trends and proposing innovations that add value to the organization. * Documenting and maintaining up-to-date the architecture map and key technical decisions. **What We Offer:** * As a UAX employee, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package: * Employment Contract Type: We offer a permanent, full-time contract. * Flexible Compensation: Allocatable toward health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers, and transportation cards. * Flexible working hours and one day of remote work per week. * A 70% discount on all UAX degree programs—for yourself and your first-degree relatives. * Full access to all services and advantages of working on a university campus (sports center, dining facilities, outdoor areas). * Participation in the Be Healthy program, offering numerous activities for employees: running club, pilates classes, multiple workshops, gym access. * Discounts at our veterinary and dental clinics. * If you wish to join this major initiative in the education sector, don’t hesitate to apply. **Requirements:** --------------- **Required Education:** * University degree: Bachelor’s or Licentiate in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. * A Master’s degree or complementary training in Software Architecture, Systems Engineering, or related areas will be valued. * Required technical knowledge: Office productivity tools (Microsoft Office suite), architecture modeling tools (ArchiMate, UML, BPMN), and reference frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or others). **Required Experience:** * Minimum 3 years leading and defining technical/enterprise architecture teams or practices. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating across various technology departments. * Experience defining and implementing architectures in complex, heterogeneous environments (PHP, Oracle, Microsoft, MS Azure, AWS, cloud and hybrid environments, API Management, etc.). * Participation in mission-critical projects requiring high availability and business continuity. **Required Languages:** * English at C1 level (mandatory for interacting with technology companies and international teams).
