We are recruiting students majoring in TOURISM / HOSPITALITY or HOTEL MANAGEMENT to undertake internships at our hotels in MADRID. The objective is to support the entire Front Desk area and receive training in all accommodation department procedures. The main tasks include: • Customer service. • Check \- in and Check \- out. • Key control and room key reading. • Safe deposit box rentals. • Incident management (but not resolution). • Luggage handling. • Room changes. • Handling switchboard calls. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTS • Studies in Tourism/Hotel Management. • Upper-intermediate English \+ Other languages are a plus. • Customer-oriented attitude and, above all, strong eagerness to learn.
