**What will you do in the team?** Your mission will be to support the analysis, valuation, and execution of strategic acquisition projects. In addition: You will collaborate on the analysis and execution of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) projects, supporting various phases of the process. You will develop and review financial models, economic valuations, presentations, and reporting documentation, ensuring robust analysis for decision-making. You will support due diligence processes, collaborating in the identification and evaluation of key aspects of transactions. You will conduct market and company prospecting, research, and analysis to identify opportunities aligned with the MU’s strategy and development plans. You will manage the search for potential acquisition targets and maintain databases and reporting, ensuring the availability and timely updating of relevant information. **What do you need?** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration and Management (ADE). Experience: At least 2\-5 years of experience in Transaction Services, M\&A, auditing, or a similar role. Languages: English proficiency at least at C1 level or higher. Other skills and knowledge: Accounting knowledge (Spanish local accounting standards and IFRS), advanced Excel skills, presentation preparation capabilities, and strong analytical ability — combined with strategic vision, planning, results orientation, commitment, initiative, motivation, perseverance, and drive for excellence. **What do we offer?** Hybrid work model with flexibility based on project and business needs.
