Head of Acquisitions

**What will you do in the team?** Your mission will be to collaborate on the analysis, valuation, and execution of strategic acquisition projects aligned with the Group’s growth strategy, as well as coordinate the various involved areas — both cross-functional functions (e.g., Finance, Legal, Tax, or ESG) and Business Units — together with Group M\&A. Additionally: You will collaborate with Business Units on their development and inorganic growth projects, analyzing required information and preparing Business Cases to support strategic decision-making. You will conduct prospecting, research, data collection, and analysis regarding markets and companies, identifying acquisition opportunities and preparing reports with recommendations. You will perform economic valuations of target companies and collaborate with advisors and cross-functional teams during due diligence processes, identifying risks, mitigants, and relevant adjustments for project execution. You will support negotiations for acquisition projects and assist in defining and executing integration plans for acquired companies, coordinating the involved departments. You will prepare documentation and reports for Management, ELAET, and Bupa, including presentations, reporting, and supporting materials, coordinating involved cross-functional teams and supporting the management of meetings, committees, and visits. **What do you need?** Education: Degree in Economics or Business Administration and Management (ADE). Experience: Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Corporate Finance and M\&A. Languages: English proficiency at least at C1 level. Other skills and knowledge: Strategic vision, planning and prioritization, management of cross-functional teams, results orientation, accounting knowledge (Spanish local GAAP and IFRS), advanced Excel skills, presentation preparation, and strong analytical capability. **What do we offer?** Hybrid work model and flexibility according to project and business needs.
