JOB RESPONSIBILITIES **Functional Management of Frontline Tools:** Define and maintain functional requirements for policy underwriting and management tools. Collaborate with various operational teams to ensure alignment. Prioritize enhancements and fixes in coordination with IT and business teams. **Liaison with Key Departments:** Gather requirements from the sales network, internal and external customers, and translate them into functional specifications. Coordinate with technical departments to ensure correct implementation of functionalities. **Testing and Validation:** Define and execute functional test plans (UAT) to ensure delivery quality. Identify issues and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams. **KPI Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:** Monitor usage of frontline tools and analyze performance and satisfaction metrics. Propose data-driven continuous improvements based on user feedback and business evolution. **Documentation and Training:** Develop functional documentation and user guides for internal users. Participate in training sessions and communications regarding new functionalities. **Regulatory Compliance and Operational Alignment:** Ensure tools comply with current regulations and processes defined by the Operations Directorate. REQUIREMENTS **Desired Experience:** Minimum 5 years of prior experience in team leadership or transformation project management Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance or banking sector Experience in frontline systems and digital service delivery over operational platforms. Experience in frontline tools / policy underwriting and management tools is desirable. Knowledge of and interest in Santalucía’s business model, objectives, product portfolio, organizational structure, culture, and strategies. **Required Knowledge:** Bachelor’s degree and/or university degree, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering A Master’s degree in insurance business, project management, or digital transformation is desirable Knowledge of insurance processes and products. Expert proficiency in office productivity tools. Experience with metrics tracking tools and workflow tools is desirable. **Skills:** Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse and heterogeneous teams.
