




Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Manager for building projects, responsible for planning, team leadership, economic and commercial management, and ensuring quality and safety. This position is located within the Building division, which promotes and constructs residential real estate projects. It also has extensive experience in unique constructions such as healthcare, educational and sports centers, hotels, and parking facilities. **What will you do daily?** * Study and analyze project modifications, aiming to maximize profitability through improvements and resource optimization—either by proposing more advantageous technical solutions or by reducing final costs—always meeting client expectations. * Plan, organize, and lead work teams; manage procurement of equipment and resources (with short- and medium-term perspective) to execute the project within the agreed timeframe and quality standards, achieving maximum profitability. * Perform economic management using PMF and monthly production closing, controlling the construction budget through thorough analysis of measurements and prices to detect deviations and implement timely corrective actions. * Maximize certifications and their subsequent management to minimize financial expenses. * Carry out commercial functions, focusing on client needs and negotiating technical and administrative aspects of the project with the Technical Management and/or Client. * Organize documentation management for the project across all dimensions: technical, administrative, quality, and occupational risk prevention, complying with internal company procedures. * Ensure compliance with existing regulations regarding Occupational Risk Prevention, Quality, and Environmental Protection. **What would we like you to bring?** * University degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering in Public Works, Technical Architecture, or Surveying. * Minimum 5\-6 years of experience as a Construction Manager in building projects, ideally managing large-scale projects. * Knowledge and experience with management software (e.g., Project, Presto, SIG…). * Strong organizational, planning, and management skills; leadership and people management capabilities. **What do we offer you?** * A stable position. * The opportunity to join a team of professionals committed to innovation, sustainability, and equal opportunities. * Company vehicle \+ Solred card. * Professional development within our company. * Flexible compensation: private health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers.
