




The Hotel Avant located in Torrejón de Ardoz is looking for a passionate and committed cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes according to the hotel's quality standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and contributing to a collaborative work environment. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook dishes according to the hotel menu, guaranteeing quality, presentation, and consistency. * Follow established recipes and cooking techniques. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station. * Monitor ingredient inventory and ensure sufficient stock is always available. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations as required by current legislation. * Work efficiently as part of a team with other cooks, waiters, and kitchen staff. * Participate in creating new dishes and menus in collaboration with the rest of the team. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a cook, preferably in hotel or restaurant environments. * Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety and hygiene regulations. * Ability to work under pressure and with flexible schedules. * Good teamwork and communication skills. * Passion for gastronomy and a desire to continuously learn and improve. * Academic training in cooking or hospitality. **We offer:** * Gross monthly salary: €2,163.53 (including extra payments and allowances) * Morning, afternoon, or split shifts. * Full-time indefinite contract * 50 calendar days of vacation per year * 2 weekly days off * Opportunities for continuous training and professional development. * Excellent working environment within a dynamic and collaborative team.
